You are prohibited from purchasing or acquiring our restricted token products if you are a U.S. person, defined as a citizen, resident (tax-related or otherwise), green card holder, someone incorporated in, owned or controlled by, located in, or with a registered office or principal place of business within the United States. Additionally, if you reside in any jurisdiction where the offer, sale, or purchase of our token products is unlawful, prohibited, or unauthorized, you must refrain from acquiring these tokens.

The designation "Restricted Person" encompasses not only any individual residing in such restrictive jurisdictions but also any entity, firm, company, partnership, trust, corporation, governmental body, or other entity, either incorporated or unincorporated, that operates under the legal framework where these transactions are forbidden.

None of our tokens are registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, nor with any securities regulatory authority in any state or jurisdiction of the U.S. Therefore, our restricted tokens must not be offered, sold, or delivered within the United States, nor to or for the benefit of any Restricted Persons.
